Wins

Three wins worth naming.

Helios Energy signed.

$420K ACV — the largest contract in company history, closed in nine weeks. Procurement, security review, and legal all cleared without a discount escalation.

Copilot hit GA.

Out of beta May 6. 41% of weekly active workspaces used it within six weeks — the fastest feature adoption we have ever measured.

SOC 2 Type II, done.

Report delivered June 12 with zero exceptions. Already unblocked $610K of enterprise pipeline that was stuck in security review.

Churn post-mortem

$0.6M walked out. Here's why.

What we're changing

Multi-thread every $50K+ account.

Both champion-left churns were single-threaded. Every account over $50K gets an exec sponsor plus two team-level champions inside its first 90 days.

Owner: RevOps · in motion since June
Ship the NetSuite connector.

The ERP gap cost two renewals and stalled at least four new deals this quarter. It moves into the committed H2 roadmap.

Owner: Product · GA target Oct 31

Product

Four releases that mattered.

APR 9

Workflows v2

Branching and approvals. Automations per workspace up 38% since launch.

MAY 6

Copilot GA

Out of beta. 41% weekly workspace adoption within six weeks.

MAY 28

SSO + SCIM

Table stakes for enterprise, now standard on the Scale plan.

JUN 24

Audit Log API

Closes the security-review gap on Helios-sized deals.

Next up, already committed for H2: NetSuite connector — GA Oct 31. It answers the churn slide directly.

Team

58 → 64

Six people joined in Q2. Three of the hires change our shape, not just our size.

Dana Okafor

VP ENGINEERING

Owns reliability and the enterprise platform track — SSO, audit, and the integrations push.
